With Dr. Thynn Thynn, a Burmese-American teacher trained by the best Masters in the Zen-like techniques unique to the Burmese tradition.
This course is the second in the Beginning Mindfulness Series. You need to have taken the first beginning course to be able to take The 8-Fold Path course.
The senior class will commence on September 14th and be held every other Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:00pm.
